While most people have seen commercials for the candidates leading up to this primary election, or have been to a rally for a preferred candidate, or attended a Pints & Politics session to meet candidates, or heard about the candidates from The Regular Joe show on radio, or were at the Outagamie County Caucus in February, or were at the District 8 Caucus in March, there are still people who need more information to make their decision as they prepare to vote on Tuesday August 9th. To help you feel informed and ready for this critical primary, we have pulled together some information that may help you prepare for this important day.
Please note that the Republican Party of Outagamie County, along with GOP members from most counties in Wisconsin, voted at the State GOP Convention in May to NOT ENDORSE Republican candidates for the Primary in State and Local races where there are multiple Republican candidates in the race. The ONLY pre-primary endorsements made at the convention were for Senator Ron Johnson to retain his Senate seat, and for Orlando Owens for State Treasurer. Each county will endorse candidates based on the results of the primary election.
